[ 2020 Nov ] Chi Wah Learning Commons special arrangements during the assessment period (Dec 1 – Dec 23)

To better support the student attending the online assessment, starting from Dec 1, 2020(Tue), services of Chi Wah Learning Commons will be adjusted as follows:

1. All communal PCs (apart from those in Quick Assess Corner, Mac Bar and Digital Literacy Laboratory) and study carrels will become bookable (Click here for room booking)
2. To cope with the exam schedule, three booking timeslots will be available for coummual PCs and study carrels(excluding study rooms)
   • 8:45am – 1:45pm
   • 1:45pm – 5:45pm
   • 5:45pm – 11:00pm
3. Both 1/F and 2/F of Chi Wah Learning Commons will be zoned as quiet study area
4. Opening hours remain changed
5. Services will be back to normal after Dec 24, 2020(Thu)
