[ 2020 May ] Chi Wah Learning Commons special arrangements during the assessment period (May 18 – Jun 5)

To better support the student attending the online assessment, starting from May 18, 2020(Mon), services of Chi Wah Learning Commons will be adjusted as follows:

1. All communal PCs (apart from those in Quick Assess Corner and Digital Literacy Laboratory) and study carrels will become bookable
2. To cope with the exam schedule, three booking timeslots will be available for coummual PCs and study carrels(excluding study rooms)
   • 8:45am – 1:45pm
   • 1:45pm – 5:45pm
   • 5:45pm – 11:00pm
3. Both 1/F and 2/F of Chi Wah Learning Commons will be zoned as quiet study area
4. Opening hours remain changed - from 8:00am to 11:00pm, Mon to Sun
5. Services will be back to normal after June 5, 2020(Fri)
